Policies
| Rate | 150 USD per night plus taxes. Whole house, up to 4 guests. |

| Minimum stay | 3 nights in low season, 5 in high, 7 over New Year. |
| Arrival | Tied to the boat schedule, not a fixed hour. You arrive, you go in. |
| Deposit | By bank transfer, card, Zelle or PayPal. The balance is paid in cash on arrival. |
| Cancellation | Partial refund. Cancel 20 days ahead; 20 % is retained. |
| Weather | If the port authority closes the harbour, you move your dates at no cost. |
| Housekeeping | Included on the third day of your stay, and repeated if you stay longer. |
| Long stays | Discounts by the week, from 15 nights, and by the month. |
| Pets | Pet friendly. Tell us your dog's size when you book. |
| Events | Weddings and parties by separate quote only. A village of 280 people cannot absorb an event unannounced. |
We do not take card payments directly on the site yet. You request the dates, we confirm availability and a firm price with tax, and then we move to the deposit. No platform commission.
